Initial Consultation (50 minutes)
A comprehensive assessment of your medical history, current diet, lifestyle and health goals. Together we develop a personalised plan tailored to your needs.

4 Follow-Up Consultations (40 minutes each)
These sessions focus on implementing changes, reviewing progress, and refining your approach. We work together to build balanced meals, improve dietary quality, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term weight management and metabolic health.

Resources and Between-Session Support
You will receive practical nutrition resources to support your progress, along with access to email support between sessions if questions arise while implementing your plan.

How the Program Works

Most clients complete this program over 4–6 months, with follow-up sessions typically scheduled once per month. This allows time to implement changes, review progress, and gradually build sustainable habits, while also allowing time to troubleshoot along the way.
